We keep recruitment deliberately simple. Openings are published in one place, applications are read by the people you would actually work with, and we tell you where you stand rather than leaving you guessing.
Every role is posted on LinkedIn
LinkedIn is the only channel we use to advertise openings. When a position opens it goes up on the Synivo jobs page with the full brief: responsibilities, the skills we are looking for, the location or remote arrangement, and how to apply. If a role is not listed there, it is not open — and we would rather tell you that plainly than keep a stale listing on our own site.
Apply through the listing itself
Each LinkedIn listing carries its own application link, so applying takes a couple of minutes and your details land with the right person. Please apply through the listing rather than messaging the team directly — it keeps every applicant on the same footing and means nothing gets lost in an inbox.
Two studios, collaborating remotely
We work from Brisbane, Australia and Gandhinagar, India, and collaborate remotely across both. Every listing states where the role sits and whether it is on-site, hybrid, or fully remote — worth reading before you apply, because time-zone overlap genuinely matters for some positions.
What we look for
Titles and tools vary by role, but the same few things decide most of our hiring calls:
- Craft over credentials — we would rather see something you have shipped than a longer list of degrees.
- Range: you are comfortable working alongside designers, engineers, and marketers on the same project.
- Ownership: you can take a vague brief, ask the right questions, and drive it to done.
- Plain language: most of our clients are not technical, and the best people on our team explain things without jargon.

Follow the Synivo page on LinkedIn and turn on job alerts. You will hear about new openings the day they are posted, which is the earliest anyone hears about them — we do not keep a private waiting list.
