When you send us a message, it lands directly with our team — not a sales funnel, not a chatbot. We read every inquiry properly and respond personally within one business day, usually faster. If your project is urgent, mention it and we'll prioritise accordingly.
A 30-minute discovery call
Once we've connected, we'll set up a short call to learn about your project — the problem you're solving, the audience you're building for, your timeline, your budget range, and any constraints we should know about. The goal of this call is alignment, not a pitch. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that honestly and point you to someone who is.
A clear proposal, no hard sell
If the call goes well, we'll send a proposal within a few days. It will spell out scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and the assumptions behind each — so you can compare us against other agencies on the same terms. No long contracts, no vague hourly estimates, no surprises later.
How we protect your idea
Everything you share with us is treated as confidential. We're happy to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before our first call if your project involves proprietary IP, unreleased products, or sensitive commercial information. Just ask and we'll send one over.
